Build your city! Train historically accurate square Dragons! Kill some monsters in the realm! Go burn down some enemy cities!
The characters will guide you on what you should do next through dialogue. Start by repairing some buildings, force some villagers into military service, and smash the goblins that are invading your city! You can then get rid of the dead bodies to build some more stuff.
The Feats bar at the top of the screen will also give you pointers on what you can do next!
A typical day in the kingdom will include:
In your city:
In the realm:
You can also find the quest board towards the top left of your screen - these are events you can participate in by yourself or with your clan to earn sweet rewards!
Your objective is to build the strongest Kingdom in the Realm!
Go ahead and contact us through in-game help! We are available during business hours (Pacific Standard Time) everyday. You can also head to the forums to see if the community can answer your questions as well.
If you’ve previously connected your game to an ATA ID or Facebook, you can sign in using those services upon starting the game on a new device!
If that doesn't work, or if you haven't connected your account, please make a temporary new account and contact us through in-game feedback.
If you still have access to the game on your original device, please create an ATA ID or link using Facebook. You can do this from your profile -> settings (gear icon) -> “sign in with ATA ID” or “sign in with Facebook” . Once you set that up, you can go ahead and open Heckfire on your new device, and log in with the service you registered with to recover your account.
If you need further assistance, please contact us through in-game feedback!
We do not have the option to manually delete or reset accounts at this time.
You can enter the email address associated with your ATA ID here to send yourself a password reset link!
At this point, we only support one account per device. To avoid losing your account, we recommend connecting your account to an ATA ID or Facebook :)
Thanks for catching it! Please let us know by reporting it in the Bug Reports section of the forums.
If a bug is sensitive in nature, you can also let us know using In-Game Feedback.
When reporting bugs in the forums:
When reporting sensitive bugs through feedback, please include the following:
If you’re reporting in forums, you can also attach a screenshot of the issue.
Known bugs and issues will posted in the forums here: Known Bugs and Issues
We read all suggestions on an individual basis and consider them carefully. However, we can’t guarantee we’ll implement your suggestions, as new features have to be considered from multiple perspectives (Will this affect the game’s balance? Will this conflict with another feature we’re planning right now? etc…). That’s why we can’t respond to individual players whether their ideas would be used or not. We appreciate your feedback though! :)
Sorry to hear that! Purchases are usually processed instantly, but sometimes there can be some delays. When these delays occur, there’s no need to try purchasing again - your items should arrive in your game soon!
This is because all of the purchases made in our games are processed by Google/Apple first, and then communicated to us. This is usually fairly quick, but in certain cases it can take up to 24 hours to process some purchases.
Try restarting the game, and if you still do not receive the purchased items after some time has passed, please let us know. Thanks!
All purchases are handled by our purchase providers (Apple/Google) and are then relayed to us. Because of that, consumable items and other in-app purchases are not eligible for a refund once they are delivered.
If an item was purchased in error, please contact us through in-game feedback prior to using the item and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Please note that any unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension for violation of our Terms of Use.
Thanks for understanding.
Sorry to hear that! There are many possible reasons why an app runs slowly, but here are a few things you can try:
Currently, devices with under 1GB RAM may experience issues with the game. Optimizing the game is one of our top priorities, so we hope to improve your experience in the days to come. At this point, we suggest you make sure your game is up to date, and not to have too many concurrent apps running with the game.
However, if you’re crashing in specific areas of the game (eg. Game always crashes when you try to upgrade), or if you suspect it may not a memory issue, let us know through feedback and we’ll be happy to help you!
This is by design! For low RAM devices, all dragons will display as Ruby in the realm to ensure the game runs smoothly.
However, if you believe your device should have enough RAM to run the game without an issue, please let us know through feedback and we will be glad to look into it!
Here’s the tl;dr version:

You can access your resource and energy tokens by tapping the respective icon at the top of your screen! For example, if you wanted to add more ores, Tapping on the ore icon at the top will allow you to see and use your Ore tokens :)
This is by design! Knights are highly capable defensive troops, but they are slightly slower than the other troops. Your slowest troop will determine your march speed, so even having just one knight in your march will slow down your march!
Huntresses give you a strength bonus when attacking monsters, Knights have bonus when defending, and Pug Riders have bonus when attacking.
You can unlock dragons by defeating city invaders and obtaining dragon eggs! Only invaders on certain lands hold the dragon eggs.
You can get dragon relics through battling realm monsters! (And very occasionally through resource nodes, but you probably don't want to bank on it.) Equipping them on your dragons will allow you to evolve (tier up) your dragons.
The relics have different rarities, and some relics can be more difficult to obtain than others. Additionally, some relics can only be obtained from titans. You can see which relics a monster can drop if you tap a monster node!
Ranking up dragons improves a dragon’s ablities.
You can equip a full set of Relics to your dragons to tier up, boosting its attack power.
Feeding Dragon Chows to you Dragons will give it XP, allowing you to level it up for bigger attack power!
You can increase the number of troops in your march by researching “Dragon March Cap” in the university.
Monster chests can be obtained at random when you completely kill monsters (the node will disappear). They aren’t a guaranteed drop, so it’s normal if you don’t always get one after killing monsters!
If you tap on a location and press the "add pin" button on the top left of the window, you can save the coordinates :) Anytime you're in the realm, you can access these locations by tapping on the pin, or through the pin menu next to your current coordinates (on the bottom left). You can also delete / hide your pins from the same menu!
In short, they do these three things:
Players have certain protection caps on their resources, but if they go over those caps they are available for plunder! If you attack them and win, you can steal those resources for yourself. This is one of the main reasons for attacking players. You can try scouting them to see if they have any resources available.
We definitely see where you’re coming from, but we wanted to keep finding enemy loations challenging. With some teamwork and strategizing with your clan and friends in the game, finding someone is totally possible!
You can join clans once you build the clan tavern. Go to the clan tavern to search for clans to join!
You can access your clan from Clan tavern, by tapping on Chests and switching to the “General” tab. Alternatively, the clan page can be accessed from your profile! Press the button that looks like a [shield] on the top right.
The "Leave Clan" option can found in the clan page (access from chest icon) - once you're inside, tap on the left tab 'general', then the Settings icon near the top of the general page. Scroll to the bottom of settings page to leave the clan.
You can send resources to your clanmates by tapping on their city and then pressing the “Send Goods” button. From there, you can choose how much of each resource you want to send!
